The GTC apply to participation in Anna Kerckhoff de Sacchi’s (Organizer) offered services and events, such as courses, retreats, seminars, training, coaching, classes and others.

Cancellation conditions / cancellation of the seminar / insurance

In case of written cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 50€ for the seminar costs.

In case of a later cancellation or no-show, there is no right to a refund of the seminar costs. Should you provide a substitute participant, you will be refunded your payment except for a 20 € processing fee. These are the official conditions. In individual cases, individual solutions are usually possible.

If a participant does not use the services or parts thereof, there is no right to reimbursement for the unused part.

If the seminar is cancelled for an important reason (such as illness of the seminar leader or failure to reach the minimum number of participants of 5 people), you will immediately receive your seminar fee back.

Changes in the course of the seminar that do not change the overall character of the event do not entitle the participant to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the invoice amount.

There is no entitlement to reimbursement of further costs. In case of cancellation due to failure to reach the minimum number, you will be notified by e-mail at least 4 weeks before the start of the seminar. We would like to point out that there are seminar insurances with which the participant can also insure himself in case the organizer withdraws from the contract.

In case of illness of a trainer or other unforeseeable events that make it impossible to use one of the specified trainers, the organizer is entitled to use another qualified trainer for the seminar.

Prerequisite on the part of the participants and responsibility

Participants take part in all exercises voluntarily and on their own responsibility. The event does not replace psychotherapeutic or medical treatment. Normal mental resilience is required. Participants who are undergoing therapeutic treatment should discuss their participation with their therapist and then with the organizer.

Each participant is responsible for their own travel.
